Where are these Made ?

It doesn't say anywhere on the box or sockets, but it would be safe to assume they are made in China. I say this because most major tool brands, Craftsman, Stanley, etc., are made in China now. Having said that, these are good quality. They more than meet my requirements and I work on a lot of stuff. Hope this helps.

Are they deep enough to fit Chevy Silverado seat bolts?

I have a 2000 Silverado ls and it fits the front seat bolts I believe the back of the front seat area standard socket.

Looking for a tool to get the bolts from under the Tesla license plate frame off, will this work?

Are the bolt heads visible? Do they have a 6 point shape or 5? I googled it but I haven’t found anything other than the actual Tesla emblem bolts to hold on the plate.
