I think the size chart is a little on the small side. However the grips are great! They wear well.Would love a slightly wider metal loop to make taking them off and on faster.

Good quality, I'm not giving 5 stars because it is difficult to wrap on the wrist. Beside this, it really feels the difference when you are not using it.

They don't cover my painful calluses. If the finger holes were smaller they might work perfectly because they seem to be really good quality. I measured and I am exactly a medium but my fingers are less than half the size of holes. Will be returning.

I am 240 pounds so I’m not easy on grips but I had been using a cheaper 20 dollars pairs well those would last me 6 months and these lasted me one try. Horrible but do not do this if you are serious about your gymnastics.
