Yes absolutely! You may want to use a slightly abrasive cloth, but you will see a difference in most cases.

Q: Does it have a smell?

Yes, it smells similar to other chemicals that you would use for cleaning, polishing or lubricating. However, I just smelled a dab that I squeezed on my finger. I haven't used it all that much. As I recall, it worked for my needs

Q: Does it work for stainless steel scratches?

Wife says "yes" it does remove minor scratches. I does indeed make stainless steel look terrific. I assume the scratches are very minor.

Q: what are the ingredients?

The ingredients are not readable of my tub. I suggest googling the MSDS sheet at the Mfg website for the info you want.
