Great oil filter for my Mini Cooper. It is hard to find them and this one is great quality. Many of them do not come with the rubber O-ring and metal washer like this one has.

Bad Leak on Mini Countryman F60 - BAD DESIGN/DO NOT BUY
The pictures should say it all. The filter plug is not the right size for a Mini F60 S. I had ordered a few of these on prime day. Immediately following an oil change there was a bad leak. Stupidly, I thought it was my fault and swapped the plug for another one from the order.... fooled me twice!!!! UGHThe picture shows an STP plug on the left and the K&N on the right. Totally different size, no way it would have sealed. Maybe this works on other motors, but I have oil all over my driveway because it doesn't seal. BTW, the STP sealed fine

Not as good as other K&N filters I have used
I bought this for a 2014 mini cooper F56S. I have used K&N for numerous vehicles in the past and so it was a name I knew and went with it.Filtration here nor there, I have to trust the right up from K&N considering I have no means of testing that but .. The fit was very loose compared to the Mahle I pulled out. It made installing it a it more difficult and wasn't confidence inspiring. I change my oil between 3 and 6000 miles so a proclaimed 20,000 mile filter means nothing to me. Next change I will just use the Mahle for my mini
