Having tried the disgusting flavour of SlimFast, this shake powder was a GODSEND. The consistency is much more pleasant and the flavour a million miles away from the fake rubbish that they sell. (Sorry all SlimFast fans - I know I'm a philistine).It definitely kept me fuller for longer, and was a nice change from my usual shake (homemade one with banana, nut milk and almond butter) but I just couldn't get past the aftertaste of something weird. It was a combination of synthetic flavouring and off milk. The shake itself tastes fine (if you like that kind of thing) but the aftertaste killed it for me.If you're looking for a shake that works for weight loss, keeps you full for hours and helps you with your workouts and your energy then definitely give it a go. But, if you're old fashioned like me and can't bear things that don't taste 'real' then don't buy it.All that being said, the tub was HUGE and it is GREAT value for money, another 1 up on any other shakes I've tried, which is great especially if - like me - you're struggling to budget for food these days.

The salted caramel tastes amazing, not creamy or milky like other products which is perfect for me! I take my first shake between 8am-8:30am which fills me until lunch I’ll then have another shake between 12-1pm and again I’m satisfied until around 4/5pm at which point I will eat my main meal. This for me works wonders as it completely cuts out snacking through the day, not only that, it’s also quick, easy and convenient for my busy work schedule. This on top of taking the fat burner and regular exercise has given me noticeable weight loss in a 2 week period, I don’t jump on the scales as I don’t focus on numbers but the weight loss in inches has been super pleasing! Definitely recommended

I do not usually write reviews, and was quite hesitant to try something like this as the reviews seemed too good to be true. However, I must admit, I was proven wrong.I got the Salted Caramel Shake, along with the Fire Bullets, and did the 7-Day-Challenge.Basically, I took one pill and one shake in the morning, the same during lunch, and then munched on 1000 calories for dinner. I also worked out a lot, and went for walks, increasing my calorie deficit. By the end of my challenge, I was down 2.5 kilos.This is a great tool if you want to lose and control your weight. However, does it work if you keep eating cheeseburgers twice a day and mix it with ice cream and Pringles... probably not. You WILL need to do the work, and it WILL be tough. However, you WILL see results.I have bought this twice already now as I can finally see the goal in sight! 6 kg more to go!

This is my first time trying this product. I usually use slimfast vitality or Myprotein but decided to try this instead, as the slimfast has more carbs than i’d like and the Myprotein products have all started to have a chemical after taste. I bought the salted caramel flavour strip shake and so far so good. It doesn’t have the chemical taste that Myprotein has and is not as sweet as vitality. It contains the right amount of sweetness. It’s a fairly mild taste but is very nice. It mixes well with just a shaker, has a good amount of protein and low carb - everything i want from a meal replacement shake. I make it with unsweetened soya milk bumping up the protein to 30g per serving, which is amazing. Can’t comment on it’s weight loss power yet as only recently started it but am very confident that it will work well. It’s also a great price considering the impressive macros. Thank you stripfast for a great product and look forward to trying other flavours

This stuff is just amazing! 😍I have tried all sorts of diet stuff in the past I decided to give this one a go I’ve got to say I absolutely love it and we will definitely be purchasing another one.I have lost a stone so far and have done two weeks I haven’t really yet clean just at tea and had two shakes in between.I feel full I’m not hungry and best of all I have felt so healthy and I mean really healthy the vitamins I must’ve been lacking in somewhere because I have had so much energy and it’s not due to the caffeine I am awake I am energised this is an all round great bye and I absolutely love it!!The taste is amazing I drink it with water.I would recommend this in a heartbeat and I’ve already told friend I feel like I’ve started a new journey and next week will be the beginning of my fitness.Thank you so much for this product x

After my twins I gained a lot of what that I was struggling to budge. I find it really hard to find the time to eat healthy and skip meals and then snack at the wrong time on the wrong things! These shakes made it so much easier to make sure I do consume something and it's not unhealthy! They actually taste really nice and it feels like I'm having a treat!I feel quite full afterwards and it means I tend to forget about food for awhile without feeling hungry and needing something. I've been losing 2-3lbs a week which is amazing considering I'm not doing much else yet in conjunction to lose weight! I'm going to continue on with this and try start adding exercises too!So overral, it tastes nice, it's easy to make and makes you feel full and I'm defintely losing weight, couldn't ask for more!!

This shake is good for the money and does what it says. The flavour wasn't really a salted caramel flavour but it didn't taste bad at all. It's quite a thick shake which is nice to feel like you're having more than a drink. I used a shaker bottle at first and the texture wasn't great. But blending it makes the texture smooth and so much better. Overall for the price it's a great product.
