First day:Ear buds:- Sound quality is good and they get really loud, way more than others I've tried.Built in speakers:- the dual speaker option is WAY cool! and built in speakers are decent sounding as well. I wasn't thinking I would use this ever, but I think I will be when with a group and we just want some tunes, and/or I also need to hear the people around me. It does distort a bit at max vol. But I will say the quality is better than any phone speaker. Update: Not better than phone speakers on my LG when each are just sitting on a table. But, if you're wearing the head set and use the speakers its good and you don't need/want full vol. and you get a pretty cool surround experience, but obviously not as good as wearing the ear buds.- haven't tried external speakers with phone call, not sure if that is even an option, but that would be even more awesome.Dual mic?:- I haven't been able to confirm it is indeed a dual mic or not. But there are dual holes that I assume are the mic(s). Anyway, The out bound audio (users on the other side of a ph call) have said it is very good, and not hearing back ground noise any more.- I have bought every version of a certain company with an L and a G in their name, and these seem to be equivalent or even better quality audio on both sides. I just hope these last as the other never made it past a year. and 40 bucks verses $200 is huge!- I also bought them foldable ones, last set till these. They sound decent on my end and have lasted more than a year. BUT, audio quality on far end is absolutely HORIRIBLE! no noise cancelling or dual mics what-so-ever.- These I think are only 10 bucks more and so far ABSOLUTLY WORTH IT!- I will say the retractable ear bud cords seem a bit flimsy, So I'll see how long they last and try to come back with an update...

Let's face it: this is not a $100 headset. For the price I paid, this is a 5 star product. The buttons feel a little cheap. This thing is large.Now that I have that out of the way, the sound from the earbuds is good. The battery life is very good. The little speakers are plenty loud. The mic seems to work well- have had no complaints about not being audible or anything like that.Update: The headphones lasted just over one year. Not quite the 2 years the manufacturer promises. I did not expect these to last two years, so I had purchased a warranty from a third party. Because of this, I can't tell you if the manufacturer is easy to work with on warranty claims.Over the year I've had it, it has been trouble free. One of the wires shorted out, which is usually how these things die for me. I got over the "cheap" button feel. As previously stated, this is a large headphone, and sometimes it's girth felt slightly burdensome. Also, a few people thought it was a person fan device instead of a headset, but that's not really a problem.I'm leaving the five stars, as these performed to my expectations considering the price of the product.

I bought for work as i spend a lot of time on ZOOM meetings and these offer external audio so you don't have to have ear buds plugged in all the time, which I find to be uncomfortable after a while. With the external sound speakers its easy to sit and listen and be able to hear the sound around you as well. The sound quality will not blow you away - these may not be best if your looking for solid music headphones, but for what they are they are great. I use them for work every single day answering calls, on meetings, zoom etc and they are comfortable and reliable. One of the rubber ear pieces fell off and that was annoying but other than that they have worked as expected. Volume rocker is functional enough and switching between ear buts and external speakers is done by a simple switch. Recommend!

It’s got good sound for the ear buds not taking that away from the product but they could have did better with the neck band speakers💁🏽‍♀️

Can't use bluetooth speaker while charging so if you're jamming at work with the headphones but the battery is low, you can't even enjoy the basic function in the meantime. The materials and build quality is low, they will break in no time. Thin cables, thin plastic, buttons are sinking in with every press. Must hold volume button to adjust rather than click. Powering off the unit with the switch accidently happens often as the tiny switch is on the inner side against and in contact with your neck often. bad design. The speaker is very low volume and cannot produce sound without distorting. Despite attempts to EQ out the woofy muffled bass or crackling and tinny static is impossible across many devices. not great NOT USB C as the images in advertising suggestUPDATE 1 star. Right side speaker broke 6 days in. doubt recommend this product, soaking there was a built device with like features though

Speaker sound is good.Head phone sound is good.Quality is fair. Battery life is outstanding.I was gifted the original LG version of this halo headset over two years ago and I still use it when I am on my computer at home. But the LG,s head band broke. So my wife put this on the shopping cart and said check it out and if I wanted to then buy it, so I did.It is a great replacement. I work security and haveing head phones is a no go as the block what I can hear on patrol or sitting in my car or desk. But just like the LG's the BlueWaves speakers are loud enough to hear with out sharing with the whole world. And if I need to I can pause with out pulling out my phone. It only seems to work 80% of the time, but I am sure that it is either the players fault or the phone and I need to figure that out and the BlueWave is working fine.All in all if you like the speaker style of phones then get thease and I am sure you will like them as they are comfortable and of good quality.
