Best taste, vegan, organic, and non-GMO
To my taste, Rise has the best taste of any I've tried, including Oatley and Oatsome. I do love oats, eat them raw with Rise and blueberries every morning. My taste test is Irish tea with sugar and oat milk. Rise passed the test, tasting more like cow milk than any other. I'm through testing. I like getting them in a pack of 6, as I use them up with my weeks worth of homemade vegan waffles, which I freeze and have with Irish afternoon hot tea

Similar to Pacific Brand, but More Expensive
I've used various oat milks as well soy and almond milks. I chose to move away from almond, since water use to harvest almonds is very high, not kind to environment. It also makes the cost of almonds high, so I'd expect the price of almond milk to be high. That said, its about the same price as many oat milks, so it would seem (now many) manufacturers of oat milk (Rise prefers to identify as "brewer," for marketing...for users, higher price) saw profit potential. As an oat milk, I find the taste indistinguishable from Pacific brand - cold on post-workout drinks and straight or in my coffee fix (hot, iced, etc). Same for blending quality, same as Pacific brand, but higher priced. Both of fairly good taste and quality, as some others.I will continue to opt for oat milk over almond for environmental benefit, but at Subscribe and Save's lowest price (highest discount), this is about 25% more than Pacific at my local organic grocery at regular price, and it goes on sale a few times a year ..Like "water seeking its own level," the oat milk industry will attract competition and more, as prices remain high, driving prices down. More so with organic oats, not pricey (Note: co's like Clif use organic oats, even in their NON-organinc bars). Some concerned about sugar, "added sugar" and carbs, so this may help - I pay attention to all, as an avid athlete - I have not found the carbs in any oat milk to spike sugar, fatigue or post workout recover. As with any food, the key is in not overusing. This is as true of oat milk as any food, even "superfoods." Hope this helps!

New Favorite! - Now I'm totally justified ordering my oat milk online and staying well stocked
My fiancé used to make fun of me for stocking our fridge with every kind of non-dairy milk imaginable (I drink dairy too, I just love non-dairy as creamers, in smoothies, and, well, just generally). Since discovering my love of oat milk, (and thanks to the proliferation of brands and varieties available) Big Oat has taken over ALL my personal shelf space. Rise Oat Milk finally gave me a real reason to seek out a favorite brand vs. making do with whatever happened to be on the store's shelves.I love Rise's canned iced coffee and lattes (especially the oat milk variety) so when I saw they are distributing their own oat milk I decided to take a chance and order a case of them. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. This is my all-time favorite oat milk and a big wine for my brand loyalty. The oat milk is pleasingly full (not watery) and has a creamy quality without a too substantial sweetness. I think it's more versatile than some types that are quite sweet (I end up only wanting to use those as creamer). Rise is nicely balanced and I'm finding myself deferring to it for most anything, including that glass of milk to pair with a slice of toasted bread or cookies (I've been quarantine baking a lot...).TL;DR This stuff is good. I'm actually leaving a review because I'm back to make my second order...
