Biona peanut butter is made using carefully selected nuts, which are freshly roasted in small batches just before milling. Enjoy our peanut butter as a bread spread, to add flavour to vegetable dishes or to make a spicy peanut sauce. We do not use additives such as palm fat or emulsifiers. The nut oil may separate - thus does not affect the quality - simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency. It is free from dairy and wheat and no added cane or beet sugar. Se présente sous la forme d'un agglomérat caoutchouteux baignant dans un bain huileux et à part mettre tout dans un mixeur pour bien mélanger et casser cet aspect caoutchouc je ne vois pas d'autre solution et encore ne suis pas certaine du résultat
