This is the best coffee warmer I've ever owned. The description is accurate, and it gets your coffee super-hot. Other warmers kept my coffee barely warm. This one has 5 settings and I was surprised that level 5 was too hot. I have only had it for a few days but might be using level 3 or 4. Yes, it is a little bulky and the one button is a little sensitive, but it fits perfectly on my work desk, and I can drink hot coffee without having to walk to the microwave to reheat it.I love it!!!

The first week I had this I used two different ceramic mugs that had a concave bottom. The heater worked ok on the highest #5 setting, keeping my beverage warm but not hot. I ordered a glass mug from Amazon that had a flat bottom. This made a BIG difference. With the glass mug my coffee is hot at #3 and very warm at the #2 setting. My only complaint is the button to set the temperature is very sensitive so you can inadvertently set the temp to a higher setting. Overall very happy with this purchase. I will give an update after a year to see if is still working good.

I have tried several cup warmers over the years and have never been really satisfied with keeping a cup of coffee hot. This cup warmer without a doubt, is the best I've ever used. In fact, it can make the coffee too hot and I have to choose a lower setting. Luckily there are five settings of heat.

As of writing this from owning the product for a couple weeks, it still works and haven't had any malfunctions yet. It's warm enough to keep my tea hot enough to drink. It doesn't boil water as some may suggest here, but it isn't bad at all. Even though I use a mug that isn't a flat bottom, it works efficiently for my standards. For safety sake, I wouldn't place anything on it when not being used in case it may accidentally turn on as the button is quite sensitive when placing your finger near the numbers. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap and efficient mug warmer.

Five temperature settings is great and all, but my current mug has a very flat bottom and is made of metal, so it conducts heat VERY well.Too well, even.Setting the plate to 1 keeps my coffee slightly HOTTER than I'd like, so I actually have to take my mug off every now and then or it'll get too hot to pick up.Out of morbid curiosity, I filled my cup with water, then ran it on the 5 setting, and surprise, surprise, the water hits a rolling boil in a couple minutes!No lie, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't originally made to be a mug warmer, but rather a hot plate for someone to reheat their soup or to cook something while they're at their office desk, this thing uses 200W of power at full temp!I'm VERY glad this thing shuts off when the mug is removed, or if the plate fell off my desk, this is actually a bit scary at anything higher than 1!

Worked great for 5 months, but now the button to turn it on no longer responds to touch. The weight sensor stopped working toward the end as well, so when it was on, it stayed on even when there was no cup on it.

I previously reviewed this as an outstanding product, and it does work very well. WHEN its working. Mine died 6 weeks after initial use. If started displaying an "H", which turned off the warmer and I had to turn it back on. After a few more weeks, the "H" ALWAYS appeared and the unit became inoperable.Cannot recorrmend as the quality seems to be questionable.
