Got this plate for my wife’s car and it looks great and she loves it. Great value for the money.

A beautiful addition to my Lincoln Towncar. I am very particular about adding anything non-factory the exterior of my Lincoln. I personally believe that a car, especially a Lincoln, should be left as it was from the factory. The only alterations I've done to my car is window tinting, a pinstripe that matches the color of the interior, and this License Plate. The only problem that I have had, are the screws that came with the plate. I believe that the nut and bolt configuration chosen, was done so that it would be harder to steal. The downside, is that I've never seen a front license plate bracket come with four holes that large. Also, if your front license plate bracket has already been installed by the dealership, like mine did, you have to take it off the car, get a drill, and drill 4 holes that are large enough to accommodate the bolts and nuts. Unless you use these bolts, the handy dandy chrome bolt covers become unless. Au-Tomotive Gold, INC., if you're reading this, which I hope you do, please correct this conundrum, by supplying self-tapping screws that are large enough to accommodate the chrome covers. Currently I'm looking for a self-tapping screws that will accommodate the chrome covers. If you like, I will be happy to keep you abreast of my success.

I bought a new car and a personal license plate and wanted to trim it out with style. I did as a lady find it somewhat difficult to do the install myself. I would rather see an instruction sheet in the shipping carton or envelope. To stop the ex item EMT of putting on a new tag that I waited for over a month to receive and then no get easy read instructions was disappointing. I see I should go to the web site and then proceed. Oh well I’ll need to re- install with the plastic tabs on and then use the covers. Now I’m only using the screws. Girls. We need a man who knows this stuff. Thanks but I’m a girl
