Large and solid
This was the cheapest large ball that I could find. And I am very happy. This is as good as any I have had in the past (that my dog ate), or any I have used at the gym.I was concerned that it would be too small because it was cheap. Not so. Good size just what I would expect/want from an exercise ball. I have 6 ft tall and 250lbs. Perfect to sit on for exercises. Would even work as a ball I could sit on in a home office.
