Easy to install, great shifting
Once installed the shifting was smooth and quiet. Worked fine out of the box and did not need any adjustments to shift smoothly.

Perfect for fixing an older bike
Although not the highest spec shifter like SLX, XT etc, was perfect for updating my 9 speed shifter on a 2004 stump jumper. Easy to install, simple operation and works as expected!

After a delay, it finally arrived and is ready to install.

Sticky shifter
Great shifter but when I got it the lever would not return back to its original position after shifting. So I had to remove the bottom cover and spray it down with lubricant. Works great now.

A very good 9 speed shifter
The shifter is a good value when moving from drop bars to a flat bar or Jones Bar.Shifter does include a cable.

Very clean shifting, impressed by the bottom-of-the-line Atlus model
Replaced a 15 year old grip shift with this. It is getting hard to find parts for 9 speed bikes. Despite being the cheapest Shimano product in this category, it is so far working perfectly. I like how you can shift up multiple gears with a longer push. The down shift trigger is also fast and snappy with a precision feeling. Hope it lasts.
