Very bright and visible for three miles as faa rules says it has to.. put it on the drone with selfsticking velcro..works great, has several hours battery life.

Multiple color options, bright, the strobe works quite well. Well built - I haven't had any issues with mine and have turned several friends onto them.

This drone light is super bright, satisfies FAA regulation for a 3-mile visibility, and is really easy to use. I also like that you can change the color (white, red, green) with the touch of a button and not need to clip on a filter. It also has type-C charging, and a fast flash or a slow flash mode.Only issue I have is that it's kindof bulky. I wish it were lower profile and not stick out so much from the body of the drone.Before buying, please know that FAA Regulations states that only someone who is FAA Licensed (Part 107 license) with special training is legally allowed to operate a drone at night in the US. You can get away with it, but if you get caught it's a hefty fine up to $100,000. Just an FYI.

This product is very bright at night. No way of knowing but certainly seems like it meets FAA requirements, in my humble opinion. Mounted it on the top so aircraft could see it at night. It does NOT put the Mini 2 over the 249 gram weight limit for registration. A big plus.

I have to say the quality of the product is extraordinary. I’m using one light for two of my drones that I use at night, and this thing is bright and if you want color, you got it!.

Very impressed with how bright this is. It's quality made and easy to mount just about anywhere you want, provided it doesn't interfere with a sensor of course.

The product is a perfectly designed piece of electronics. Easy to use, and excellent battery life. As compared with Lume Cube, the DR-02 Strobe Drone Light battery lasted a full 13 hours, while the Lume Cube Drone Light lasted seven hours. Changing of color was built-in with the DR-02, while with the Lume Cube changing color was achieved by adding a piece of plastic on the top of the dome light.However, while the delivery of the Lume Cube was reasonable, the delivery of the DR-02 was so terrible, as if designed in advance to annoy me, that I will not order products from the DR-02 company (Ulanzi) again, this despite the excellence of the product they sold me.

first thing stop using velcro, its weak. I'm buying 3m duraloc and now i have to scrape the velcro off of this strobe to install the superior fastener. I have to fly at least 300 feet away before i can see the strobe when its mounted on top. these are good for down foward or rear facing strobes, meaning its good for directional navigation, however only in an emergency would I use it as my primary top anti-collision light.usb c is nice. for a price of $10.00 if it came with duraloc it would be worth it. for another few dollars you can find better. change this to duraloc and it will be a good light out of the box. I'll be waiting for that in the dr-03
