Beautiful!
These fans are so worth the money! They look great and are smooth and very quiet. The only thing is make sure you program the remote to the fan BEFORE you install the fan!!!!! My handyman missed that important step and now my fan will randomly go faster and the light will come on by itself. He has to come back and reinstall after he syncs up the fan with the remote. Highly recommend!

Looks great works great.
Installed in the kitchen it looks great and is quite. The remote works good . You are suppose to the leave the power turned on all the time and only use the remote to operate the light and fan. I can never remember to do that , if I’m walking past the wall switch , it’s a long habit to forget, but it doesn’t seem to hurt the unit.

Great ceiling fan for my remodeled kitchen
The fan adds a nice elegant touch to our newly remodeled kitchen. It provides plenty of air flow throughout the dining and cooking area. What is great is that it is whisper quite, even on hi-speed.

Fan Motor is Noisy
We’ve had this fan for almost 4 months now. Love the look of the fan, but highly disappointed in the loudness of the motor while the fan is running. For the price, was expecting a much quieter fan.

Moves a lot of air
The style is very nice. The remote works well. It moves a lot more air than my old fan which was larger and had 5 blades.

Installation Instructions are WRONG
Pet peeve: Otherwise good products that have incorrect installation instructions. This is at once very common and utterly inexcusable. In this case, the instructions call for components to be assembled in the wrong order. They call for installing and wiring the main fan assembly, then installing the canopy ring. But the canopy ring does not fit over the fan motor assembly, so to install it you have to take the fan motor assembly down, to include disconnecting the wiring, then place the canopy ring, then reinstall the wiring, then reinstall the fan motor assembly. The amount of light given is barely adequate. Fan manufacturers need to understand that the fan light is the only light the room will normally have, and it needs to be much brighter. The fan itself looks very nice, once properly assembled. It's quiet, and the remote control works fine. One thing to be careful of - after I had assembled the fan I was delighted that the remote turned the light on and off and controlled the fan speed perfectly, only to discover that it was ALSO controlling the ceiling fan and light in my living room! So if we turned on the light in the bedroom, the light in the living room turned on too! That, of course, was unacceptable. So once again I had to completely disassemble the bedroom fan to change dip switch settings, and reassemble the fan. So if you have another ceiling fan in the house, recommend you test the remote to verify it is on a different setting before you assemble the fan. Changing the dip switch setting is trivially easy if you do it before assembly, much more of a job if you have to disassemble the fan.

Great looking, and nice and bright.
I put the ceiling fan in my kitchen, above the kitchen table. My old one wasn't bright enough, and the new Marbella is nice and bright. I also really like the appearance, including the brushed nickel finish. The fan is also attractive and pretty quiet.
