Seat padding starts to get thin and tilt mechanism cracks in 2 years
If you are planning to keep chair for more than a year probably look for better quality seat padding. This one starts to get thin at the middle to the extent you start to feel the screws on the seat bottoms. Locking mechanism is not sturdy and starts to wear out in the same time.

This review is 1 year later the chair quality is very bad.
The media could not be loaded. After 1.3 years it's almost dead. The chair life is 1 year that's all. Height adjustment not working after 1 year it's totally dead.

Excellent Customer Service... And Amazing Quality chair.
I must say I had amazing customer service from Rose Designer Chairs. This is the first time the seller called me to check about the delivery of the product. The chair was very nicely wrapped in the Buble wrap. The chair is easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable. It's value for money. I would highly recommend the seller to buy your chair.

Very good and quality product
I have ordered this chair 5 days back and it got delivered very sooner than the estimated date. The packaging of the product is awesome. By looking at the picture attached to the chair, we can easily assemble it. It is not that much rocket science. They send the invoice of the product in a laminated cover which I am really impressed with it as I have not seen this type of approach in any of the sellers. I would strongly recommend everyone who is interested in purchasing the office chair especially for work from home can blindly go for it. I challenge that you will be very much impressed and satisfied with this chair. The customer service is also very much friendly and easily accessible.
