And I am so ecstatic I want everyone to stop looking anywhere else and know that this is a amazing product. It is made out of very good material and a sturdy zipper which I was extremely shocked and it fits around my upper lower hip waist area. This is the very best waist training belt central corset I have ever seen for plus size women. I am extremely happy and tonight I get to work out in it for the first time I've been wearing it around the house it is comfortable and it feels amazing I know it's going to burn calories and inches off of my waist the material is one of the best type of the best type of materials I've seen yet it is almost across between a latex type of material. You will not be disappointed excellent by.

Hands down the best one I’ve ever used. I literally have a snatched waist with this on. I followed the size chart and it fits as it should. The quality is amazing enough that I ordered a second one for my sister and she’s obsessed as well. The ONLY down side to this is that my arms rub on the upper sleeve area rubber.

I rarely review things I buy, but this faja deserves to be reviewed. This faja is well made, easy to put on & the material is thick and comfortable. The booty part is soft, stretchy and wide perfect for post-op BBL and the upper part is perfect compression for upper torso back and front Lipo... best part is the open crotch, you can easily use the restroom without worrying about wetting yourself ect... I love it so much I just ordered another one...

It’s a little hard to put on with all the little hooks but it’s worth it. It fits tight and gives me a lot back support. I’m just having the waist trainer for some days and wear it daily. I can’t say it did something on my waist yet but with the right diet, most likely. I’m 5‘3 with 140 lbs, and I use the trainer while jogging and power walking as well.

Within the last month in a half I had to re-order this item 3 times because it did fit me, it is not true to size. I wear a 2X/3X, I first ordered a 2X and it was way too small, I sent it back and got a 3X it was still way too small, I got fed up so I sent it back and waited a while before re-ordering it because I wasn’t sure I wanted to reorder but I did and this time I ordered a 5X. The 5X fits pretty good I was thinking maybe I should’ve gotten a size bigger but I don’t want it to fit loosely on me so the 5X is actually good for me. Everyone body is different so be mindful when you order. I gave it 3 stars because I just received it and so far it fits as expected but I’ll probably do an updated review in a month to show any progress.

Everything said buy a size larger. I suggest buying it a size smaller. I bought a size larger and it doesn’t really snug me in. It just lightly hugs me. I will need another one cause this one doesn’t support.

Ht. 5'7 1/2" 192.4 pounds Size 16WPurchased an XXXL.Most of weight is in the abdomen.I purchased this waist trainer because I hate underwear girdles which don't work.I like that this waist trainer leaves the bottom open because I take a diuretic and need fast access to a restroom.I like that there are 2 rows of closures allowing the waist to gradually grow smaller. Some people want more rows. Two rows keep the front smooth.I do not like the many hooks. I was sweating just trying to hook onto all the little loops.I like the second layer that seals the hook layer. Took some wrestling to get the second layer zipped. Once zipped, the waist trainer actually felt surprisingly comfortable.I was unable to bend my back to pick up items or tie my shoe. Felt better than a back brace. The shoulders stretched and felt comfortable.I was not as shapely as the photograph, but felt less jiggly and more smooth. The waist trainer was completely invisible beneath a close fitting dress.Because the top is open so I can wear my own bra, I felt good breathing.The fit may be different for someone who carries their weight in the lower or upper part of their body. If most of the weight is in the upper chest and/or lower hips and thighs, then a smaller size may be a better fit for smoothing the waist.I would buy this waist trainer again.

This is the best waist trainer I have ever had. It sucks you in in all the right places and it lifts your breast with or without a bra. I wear a 1X in shirts so I ordered the 1X. It was too small and I couldn’t zip it up. So I reordered and got a 3X. It still fits snug but it’s way more comfortable.
