These are really good. You do have a trial and error with microwaving due to the difference in wattage so it took a couple for me to get it right but,one you do,it's delicious! They make a full size regular box like Kraft does but it's just me and one of these is plenty. I have celiac disease and have been GF since 1999. In all that time,I haven't found a pasta that reheats well after refrigeration. Another reason I like these. The really crappy part is the way the price fluctuates almost every day. Only here. I've seen this priced as high as $20! The lowest is $4.27 which is when I can afford it. And,thank you Amazon for accepting EBT in these uncertain and difficult times. Very grateful for that.

Tastes great, really great. Is easy to make.HINT: Use a LARGE TALL 4 cup glass measuring cup. (Everything else I tried was too shallow and it boiled over during heating.)EASY: Noodles in, Water in, Stir, Microwave it for 3 1/2 minutes. Then add the cheese packet, stir. Done.Slide it into a cute bowl and enjoy. Because it's GF, the cleanup is easy - doesn't stick like reg pasta does.

I find them to be a little costly for the small serving size. I also have to add additional liquid to make it smooth and creamy instead of overly thick and gloppy. But if you tweak it a bit it's nice. I would still prefer the box version.

If you're gluten free, this is fine. My family eats GF due to allergies and sensitivities. My son loves his mac n cheese. But I would never buy it here again unless I had to. They sell it at target now, as well as some walmarts for nothing over $5 a box! Also the microwave bowls of this same product has a different taste. Its more sticky but tastes better imo.

Great choice when going gluten free! My daughter loves it & doesn’t feel like a child being deprived of the normal kid things such as Mac and cheese.

This is a convenient portion controlled mac and cheese for those of us who are gluten-free. It's okay, but not the best we've ever had. Plus, when the directions are followed exactly, it spills over in the microwave every time. If you're gluten-free, you will find lots more options for products like this one, but not all of them are microwavable. This one is a good option, but not the only option.

I'm addicted to this stuff. It's tricky to figure out how to make it without lumps, hard noodles, boiling over, etc. But once you figure it out for your microwave, the flavor and texture is far better than any other. I put the water in a 4cup glass measure cup and add the noodles, stirring for a minute. Then I put it in my 900 watt microwave for 5 minutes, stopping at 3-4 minutes to stir well. Then I remove it at the end and pour into serving bowl and then add the cheese and stir again. (Otherwise all the cheese will just stick to the side of the measuring cup.) It's extra work and dishes, but the quality is worth it.

It’s okay I see little high on carbs but I like it gotta watch carbs.
