Culina Kids Bamboo 5-Piece Dinnerware Set - Butterfly

Arrived broken in package. It’s cute but obviously not very sturdy as evidenced by photo.

Gave this set to my 18 month old granddaughter. She loves it. We use it for tea time with Gramma on the patio.

The plate is almost flat & a lot bigger than I expected but the rest of the set is really nice.

Cute and great kids set. My daughter loves it and wants a ton more.

The Kids Bamboo 5 piece Dinnerware Set arrived and I was not disappointed. The dishes were well sized for a toddler or child. The set I got was colored in pinks and purples, but my young grandsons did not mind. They love butterflies as much as girls do. The cup is easy for a two year old to handle and hold , the silverware is well sized for a toddler, but an older child will enjoy using it when playing house or having a tea party. The bowl holds a proper serving size for cereal, soup, or ice cream, with large side lips to collect drips and spills. The plate, with its four distinct plating areas makes it fun to plate food for children to eat, with two large areas for meat and a larger vegetable or bread serving area and two smaller areas for smaller servings of vegetables or fruits.The construction of the dinnerware is sound and I would say okay for top-shelf dishwasher cleaning. The bright colors will always bring smiles to any child's face as they see this beautiful set in front of their chair at the table. I bought these because I have a four month old who is going to have butterfly themed everywhere throughout her room. she already has quite a few. So buying the whole place set that has a cup a plate a bowl a fork and a spoon and it's all butterfly themed is awesome. The bamboo is great materials and makes it feel different but sturdy at the same time. The coloring on it is beautiful. Very thin and light I don't have to worry about it being too heavy for lo to pick up. I'm very glad I bought this set is absolutely adorable I do have to say I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Now that being said I definitely will buy more of these sets if they come out with different colors. When I wash them none of the paint chipped off. I was a little bit worried that it was going to since the colors were so bright sometimes they can do that. But it didn't and I'm so happy about that.

I got this set for my little girl since she is finally showing some interest in having her own dishes instead of using her brothers' hand me downs. With her being so young, durability is crucial. While these dishes will hold up better than your glass or ceramic dishes, they are more brittle than melamine. I don't think they would survive being thrown at the floor from a high chair during a tantrum without at least a chip or crack. That said, I do like how light weight they are since it makes it easier for little girl to get them out of the cabinet herself and take them to the table. I haven't run these through our dishwasher but haven't had any trouble with design loss even with pretty aggressive hand scrubbing. I think these may be a bit delicate for little girl at her young age, but I think these would be perfect for a child three and up.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased and honest review.
