Takes a while to get used to the taste . I drink it just mixed with water not sure it would improve the taste of a smoothie or breakfast cereal ? Good for strengthening immunity and reasonably priced.

Mixes into food doesnt taste vile and supposedly is good for you
After a long protracted bout of illness and as a coeliac my poor body needs all the help it can get. It's not 100 percent better but its heading in the right direction and I'm pretty sure this stuff is playing a major part. I have it with added flaxseed in porridge and it mixes well and doesnt taste nasty. I'm on my 2nd pack of this and I have a teaspoon. Its boosted me and in ways that are visible and tangible. I think it will be staying an addition to my diet.

Very good product. Lovely taste and nutritionally valuable. But a bit pricey.
