Mini 2-Port USB 2.0 Hub Splitter (Silver Metallic)

I received 2 pcs. One is good and I'm much satisfied. But another is not working properly.

Little guy does the job I wanted it to do. I use it for a wireless mouse adapter and a Bluetooth adapter. Matches my HP laptop perfectly. Fits snugly and not loose at all. Gets a little warm but not enough to cause any concern.

I've had this hub for just over a month. Initially it worked as expected, but over the past week I started noticing the mouse and keyboard connections cutting out (both connected to the hub). A little readjusting of the hub seemed to correct the problem (not ideal), but over the past two days I've noticed that it is very warm to the touch. Tonight I checked the actual USB receivers plugged into it and they were both quite hot to the touch. The size of this hub is great, but there seem to be a lot of reviews mentioning this heat issue and it is a definite problem. I'd be worried even if it was working because the receivers in the hub were so hot, but since it is having difficulties working in general, and the problem seems to be getting worse, I'm kind of at a loss.

utility item; does the job, nuff said, but price could be better

Bought this and it worked ok for 5 months or so. In the last month, iPhone would intermittently drop out charging complaining of an incompatible device and the other device I used to charge would behave strangely. Lately this behavior has gotten almost constant. I wouldn't recommend this.

I have a macbook pro 15" and the device sticks out above the top surface of the laptop. Since the laptop is thinner than the USB contact itself, it's inevitable but I was hoping that it won't stick out as much. Since it bumps up against things too much, I've stopped using it. Too bad.

Probably my fault. I bought this thinking to use it plugged on my USB charger to be able to charge two phones simultaneously. somehow the energy don't run thru this HUB. It works good as a HUB as announced, but didn't work for this my special need.

Great Product. Used with a Surface Pro 4 due to it only having one usb port. I needed to to use for my gaming mouse and aux fan. Mouse works flawlessly and it supplies ample power for the fan. Would definitely buy again.
