It works quite well
This is the second one I have had. The first one, well, it was nothing but problems, mainly because I believe I updated the software. This one came loaded with the up to date software and is working great. Stealh Cam's support really sucks though, because I didn't get any kind of response regarding my first camera's issues. Anyway, it takes great pictures, day and night. The video option works well too. It has one thing that kind of is irritating and that is the sensor angle of operation is far greater than the camera's angle of field, so things off to the side of the camera trip the camera to take a picture, but the camera doesn't capture it due to it being out of the field of the camera. So you get a lot of pictures that are meaningless, mainly because you don't know to what side of the camera the object was. If it's windy and you have moving branches in front of the camera, you get a lot of pictures too, just because of the movement of the branches. I'm sure other cameras have this problem too.

Motion Detection
This CAM takes great videos, but I've yet to determine why it won't detect all the critters that cross its path. I set up another CAM2 to monitor this one in the field, and the monitoring CAM2 caught many animals that walked into this CAM1's path , but there were no pics taken from this CAM1.
