Just using this in smoothies at present but planning to use it more.
I am on a very restrictive diet at present after stomach surgery. At the beginning I was on liquids only for 8 weeks - so smoothies and soups and had to pack as much protein and carbs in as possible. Read about these seeds and started to add them to both. When blended in smoothies they totally disappeared but I liked the taste of them and they also kept me feeling fuller for longer. Three months later I'm still adding them and I will soon be on a 'normal' diet but have enjoyed the smoothies so much I will continue using them. I usually would add seeds to salads and bread when I'm making it and these will be top on the list when I get back to doing that.
