This is a complete rip off, you open the box and loads of the greenery falls off, when you put the tree up there are bald patches. I attempted to return it but this seller does not have free returns, so only place for it is the dustbin.

Haven't put it up yet, but the tree seems to be good quality, and attractive. Unfortunately it was not the size I ordered and it was too difficult for me to return. They have offered me a 20% refund if I keep it which I think is very fair.

This tree is OK, not the worst, but looks nothing like the pictures on Amazon. The pictures make it look very full and luxurious, but it's really not. We haven't paid a fortune for it and it does the job. Now to decorate it!

This is my 1st Christmas tree in 14 years, didn't used to bother until I became a grand ma,I've taken the pieces out the box and they look perfect.Handy having a bag to keep in in whilst it's in my Christmas cupboard !Great price, true to size, sturdy and well put together .

Cheap crap! Only comes with 3 scres for the bottom of the tree instructions tell you to place each bit into each other and stand back and admire your tree but there is nothing to admite but a wonky tree top! No matter how much we tighten the screws till you cant the top wobbles because there is nothing to secure the middle and top part of the tree! Doesnt matter how level or secure the bottom is! Waste of money and nothing like photo
