Loved it!!!!! Worked perfectly to DIY my wall. I wanted something that wasn’t permanent, easy to do and would make my whole wall pop! This worked out great, I get a lot of compliments on it!

Exactly what I wanted. Using it as an accent wall. Have to be diligent in smoothing it along the wall to get air bubbles out, but other than that easy install. It took me to line it up, son to hold the roll, and hubby to peel backing as I smoothed along the wall. Less than an hour install. Will order again. Make sure you are committed to the look because it will peel paint off upon removal.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered a few different rolls of contact paper to decorate my cubicle at work. Different patterns, thicknesses, and degrees of adhesion to the various surfaces. This one by far tops my list! I love the bright gold & the slightly lined texture. I only attempted to use it on metal surfaces so far, and it works so well!! Also, surprisingly forgiving when there’s a little bit of dust trapped under there, which is really good, bc despite my efforts with the alcohol wipe & lint roller, my office building seems to be pumping it through the vents! Also, I scraped up the paper backing with the corner of my drawer front, trying to unroll the sheet, and it didn’t even cause any damage to the gold side - wow!I ordered a kit here on Amazon to assist with the application, and you’ll see me using the fuzzy side scraper & the razor knife from that kit. If I didn’t have the blue paddle scraper thing, I could get by with my hands, but that knife is a must-have!Pro-tip! Using a lighter on the corners melts them together a bit, but don’t go too crazy ;) just a graze with the coolest part of the flame.One slight gripe, and I can’t even remove a star for it… I wish the manufacturer would use masking tape in their packaging. This clear tape left a gooey mark, which I had to remove w alcohol, or else scrap the first few inches of product.If you found this review helpful, click “Helpful” below :)

This is not really wallpaper. It appears to be a very light Con-tac type plastic. First, although there are subtle striations in the design, it is glaringly bright metal in color and sheen. If you are truly looking for a brushed gold this is NOT it. I lifted a tiny corner so you can see how thin this really is.It's a shame to waste money and time on this product. If you're like me, the search for the perfect wallpaper color and style can be a challenge given computer monitor limitations. Luckily I ordered 3 options, one of my other purchases was perfect. I just barely let this one peek from the top so I could see it. Glad I didn't tear through the wrapper like I did my first option. I will be returning this one.

This product is fairly durable and vibrant in color. I used this product on styrofoam. When rolling the paper out it begins to get bubbles or creases that make it harder to deal with but sticks fine. I believe the adhesive could be strong for the quality of the paper roll.

It’s a little tricky but sure beats gold leafing a big piece(or 5 in my case). I gold leafed the edges, hand painted the roses and used this on top over ugly laminate. Hope it holds up well because I love the look. The pretty furniture decals would make this a snap, but they weren’t available 20 years ago when I hand painted these pieces. If you’re new to contact paper, watch a video first. Makes it lots simpler when you learn from a pro. Make sure your piece is super clean. Every little bump shows more with this paper than most. Alcohol wipe then lint roller the piece. Preparation pays off in the end.

So simple!! I first cut this product with a box cutter blade which was fine but I was cutting long strips so it was taking too long because the sheets are thick. Once I switched over to sharp scissors the scissors just slid through the product which made it sooo much easier to get a more accurate cut. Seems like great quality. I thought the adhesive wouldn’t stick so well on my dresser because it wasn’t very sticky but I was wrong! It stuck on perfectly. I was even able to remove and reapply since I messed up on the straightness. Also, I didn’t have an issue with air bubbles. Overall, great product!

This was exactly what I was looking for! I needed to cover a cake board with gold paper. Wilton has gold paper, but I couldn’t find it in town. On Amazon it was over $10. I found this paper for under $6. I read the reviews and found that someone else used it for covering a cake board. I took their advice and did not peel off the backing for a smooth wrinkle free surface. I just used tape. I am very impressed! Plus there is more on this roll than on the Wilton cake paper. It seems really durable as well. I’m not concerned with this paper ripping easily. I’m so glad I made the choice to use this paper.
