Very disappointed, it stopped working all of a sudden and by then it was too late to return it!!!

Do not buy this product. Unlike most of Amazon products, you can not return! This is my 5th I have them around the house and in my RV. I love the the style, its quiet, the idea that you can control amount the steam, that it admits. I was looking for a higher water volume that would run 8-24 hours. Received last night, placed on a water proof surface to test. Filled per directions, turned on and ran it on low to began and intermittently. Finally, I found set the dial half way and it ran well all evening. This morning I refilled and on the same setting the stream poured out as if on high! And everything got wet. Wiped everything down and turned it to low and again everything is getting wet. This would have damaged my bedroom furniture. Do not buy!

This is a wonderful diffuser. The size is good, it lasts around 8 hours. I keep it on about 1/4 power.I was having a problem with the unit making a noise. I cleaned it the way I cleaned my other diffusers to no avail. Then, I cleaned it with the packet of citric acid that came with the diffuser. I filled the water to the max, dumped in the citric acid, and ran the machine until the noise stopped. This worked great. My advice is to order extra citric acid for future cleaning.The only problem I have is that the unit doesn't automatically turn off when it is empty. The power light turns from blue to red, but it doesn't shut off. That is ok, I already knew this form the item description.

We bought it this year in February! We are now in June and the thing completely died on us. No idea why something is priced this much, and then dies after 4 months. Also we do NOT use it everyday. We use it a couple times a month. We actually didn’t even use it for the month of April! So I am not sure why this died, and the others we have. That are not this model or brand, are lasting us. I feel ripped off and disappointed. Our other models were under $25 and we got them in 2020! Still going strong. Don’t get this guys unless you don’t want something to have longevity. OR you use it prob once a month. I give my rating a 3/5 because it was great Until it died, JUST now.

I like this product because the scent covers a very large area with 17' ceilings. This is the only one that accomplished this for my large open space! Love it so far, it works perfectly. Due to the size remember to add more essential oil than you would for a small unit.

This essential oil diffuser is great. I love the knob to turn to get the right amount of mist. This diffuser puts out a lot of mist and runs a long time too. The only complain I have at this time is the lights you can't set to one color. If you use the light, it is always changing colors. I just choose not to use the light since I prefer setting it to one color and not have constantly changing lights.If you are looking for a diffuser that puts out lots of mist and aroma look no further.

When it first arrived I noticed some parts rattling in the box and when I opened it the rattling was coming from the tank when I took the top off there were parts for the auto shutoff. Rolling around so I started a return so sitting there I decide to take a look it was pretty simple so I fixed it and it's workin fine I have 2 other blue hills units had them almost a year there products are awesome needless to say I cancelled the return it looked like the handling of the package during shipping Jared it loose. I will continue to buy your products and recommend highly

Received on time. Read instructions set it up as instructed. Doesn’t turn on, troubleshoot still no power but water keep draining from the bottom althought i filled it way below the max mark so there was no way the water was too much. Can’t give a working review as item never turned on, either a faulty item or a lemon. So sending it back, i can say it is easy on the eye, has a float inside to maintain water level (similar to toilet tank). I don’t recommend for the above reason

It was working fine a couple of months and then it suddenly stopped working. I was expecting the product to cover a larger diameter of my condo, however, the quality does not match the description. I’m returning this product.
