Up until now we have had a pole across the top of our bay, but have never been able to find affordable curtains that could touch the floor so the curtains sat a foot or 2 off the ground, looked stupid and rubbish for heat retention. But previous experience of the bendable runners had put us off, being a pain to open and close and not very secure in the fixings. These are brilliant! The fact that they screw into the ceiling so you don't have to have them against a wall is fab, the rail clicks in securely though it's a bit fiddly to get in, it's not going to fall out. The runners move smoothly and open/close as easily as ring top curtains, my toddler can open them. The end caps are a pain to get on, we put them in some hot water to soften them up and this made it much easier to do.

A good product, does the job! Not difficult to install even though snapping the the bracket into the curtain track may seem a little challenging. I like the fact that the rollers glides so smoothly on their tracks and carries the weight of my curtain adequately. OH! HERE'S THE REAL CHALLENGE THOUGH! The curtain track is delivered coiled and quite challenging to straighten. I left it in hot water as directed and that only straightened it a little. I then put heavy loads on it for 7 days until I was ready to install expecting it would be super straight.. Naa! You will notice the undulating track in the image.

Loved how easy this was, I’m a single parent with little to no DIY experience. My son has begged for a bit of privacy in a shared bedroom. After looking around this seemed like the most suitable answer. Boy was I right, easy to measure, fit and install. Took me an hour to do, and used some cheap tapestry as curtains to finish it off. He can now game in a private space away from the 5 yr old brother, it’s not a permanent fixture and can be removed easily, but it does the job for what we need. Thankyou for such a brilliant affordable product that has brought calm to our home.

Found the same product on Temu for £5 (4.5 m lenght)!!! Difficult to install: not enough screws (we had to go to the shop to buy more), very difficult to straighten it, very difficult to take it out of the wall fixtures once is in!, not enough curtain hangers. However, the final disappointment was finding it way cheaper on Temu. I understand profit, but this is a colosal difference

Amazing product, so easy to install (I’m a woman too) I brought one else where prior and it fell down due to the weight of the curtains. 10/10 cannot recommend enough! Thank you.

Overall good product and does what it is expected however would be great to have few more ceilings fixtures to secure more firmly.

I bought this product for my bay window, it was very easy to install, I unfolded it on a warm radiator first to soften it and it fitted great, just the job.

You only get 24 hooks , that's 12 per curtain, no where near enough

Both of my children's rooms have very large sunny windows, and as they are small children with naps and early bed times, we use heavy blackout curtains to keep the light out. Due to the size of the windows and the weight of the curtains, the rods would always bow, and brackets bend and give, making the whole set up very precarious when trying to open or close the curtains. I'd never used a track system before, but with brackets enough to be installed at 12" intervals, it seemed it would at least bear the weight of heavy curtains more functionally than the rods so ordered two sets and gave it a go. I was not disappointed! The installation for my project was a straight trajectory so I can't speak to how it works in a curved or angled installation. The process took a little more than an hour, and was straightforward. The end result is excellent. The rollers run very smoothly on the track so that even my smallest child can open or close the curtains safely, and it's so far stayed very secure. There were a few minor issues: there were 11 brackets included in each kit, but not enough anchors and screws to actually use them all. As none of my anchor points hit a stud, and as it is a child's room, I wanted to use ALL the brackets across the entire length. To do this, I had to scavenge hardware from my second set and find a few other anchors and screws I had around my house. Also, there were fewer roller and hook sets than advertised included in both kits. If my curtains werent gromet style, i may have been able to space them further apart so that i could hang enough curtain to cover the whole window, but...we have gromets. I again used parts from my second kit so that the project I had already started could be complete and my toddler had curtains before bed. It's perfect! But I now couldn't install my 2nd kit due to all of the missing bits. I reached out to the sellers via email, and Kate responded promptly (and apologetically), asked some questions and for some info, and is currently working on sending out a kit with extra hardware. The customer service was prompt, very courteous, and I have no reason to expect there won't be a full resolution to the missing hardware issue. In spite of this minor issue, I am thrilled with this product. 10/10! I'll probably buy more for other large windows in my home.

I put this up in a bay window. It was pretty easy to install and it works really well. It's much more sturdy than I expected and the curtain moves easily. Might be good to put some extra fasteners with the orders so that there are enough if one has many corners but as a whole I'm very happy with my purchase.
