Well Built Dollhouse that your toddler will love
This dollhouse is extremely well made and durable. My 2.5 year old daughter is in love with it! I would recommend this dollhouse to anyone that wants a dollhouse to last their child's entire life! Furniture is also included with it, which is nice as many other dollhouses do not come with furniture.

Nice doll house for the money.
Being made out of wood and having predrilled holes made for a pretty sturdy playhouse for a small child

Lovely and girly doll house that holds up well and includes furniture pieces!
First off, this is quite heavy. Open up the box and pull out all the pieces to get started. There will be little pieces of cheap white styrofoam that gets everywhere, but you can clean up afterwards! The instructions were pretty clear and pieces are marked so you can easily identify what goes where (although when I tried to remove the lettered sticker pieces, some of it wouldn't come off easily and left a little sticky patch on the cardboard pieces) I just used a drill and was able to put it together in 20 minutes or so. My daughter loves the doll house - it is quite large and allows you to play with barbies or any other dolls you want! (My daughter puts her fisher price animals and peppa pig characters all in here too)I love that it comes with the furniture for the home. It has a dresser, chairs, a couch, bath tub, dining table, bed, etc. They all match nicely with the house. I am considering spray painting these pieces gray or a more neutral color because it is overwhelmingly pink. The home has different sections of the house - living room, kitchen, bathtub, bedroom, outdoor patio. It's a bit funny that you just hop the characters from one level to another, but that works for me. I've seen some doll houses that have the stairways, but the kids don't actually use that portion and it just wastes space in the house. The wood pieces hold up well and it feels quite sturdy. As I mentioned, it does take 20 minutes to assemble, so if you're giving it to your kid as a surprise gift for her birthday it might be a good idea to assemble it the day before and gift is in an already assembled manner so she can play with it right away.

Very good quality material, easy to assemble and beautiful but too expensive
This was in a heavy box and when we opened it, it was easy to understand why. It's made of real wood and the pieces are pretty thick and strong. Can take a beating. It took us about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble and certainly not that hard. the instructions were clear and the pieces had stickers that made it easy to assemble piece by piece. One recommendation is to take everything out of the box right of the bat and to open the whole box on the floor. Makes the assembly easier. The pieces are all nicely designed and made and the pieces are very well painted. They've fallen down tens (if not hundreds) of times and there are no chips or cracks on any of them.As you can see in the attached photo it's not super large and certainly not something that kids older than 6 would enjoy playing with.I usually don't do this unless I feel it's absolutely justified. The reason I knocked off a star is the price! I don't believe a few pieces of wood can cost $200.Overall, I do recommend this product as it is very well designed and built with good quality material. It's just a bit too expensive.

Fun and cute dollhouse
By daughter just turned one and she absolutely loves this dollhouse. The pieces are detailed and also well engineered with child safety in mind.My husband and I put the house together fairly quickly and the directions were easy to follow. The only issue we had was the unique hardware used on the third floor did not thread properly. There was 4 sets of hardware and two of them were unusable. My husband is handy and made sure it was still safe and sturdy. The other minor issue I see is the support walls between the first and second floor and between the second and third floor are only in a narrow groove and not supported with any hardware. When the dollhouse is stationary it’s not an issue but when we tried to move it the dollhouse flexed a little and the walls came down. Easy fix, but kind of frustrating. All in all nice product that my daughter really enjoys.

Home sweet home
This lovely doll house will delight any child. It s wood and made to last. I like how great it looks in my little girl's room and how excited she is to play with it. The "open plan" rooms make it easy for the folks and stuffed animals to move around. The wood furniture is sized correctly. There is even a rooftop porch. There are lots of details that make this dollhouse special. My favorite is the scalloped roof edge.

Lovely!
Lovely! This doll house is much bigger than I anticipated and I love that about it. It was relatively easy to assemble. Instructions were fairly clear with a few exceptions. And one person can assemble it with no issues. It is very well-made, the house itself is wood, and the furniture are all painted with a lead free paint which is safe for toddlers. I don’t see a lot of issues with small choking hazards here. This is definitely a doll house that will get a lot of use. I’m torn at the price because at nearly $200, it seems pricey but it’s so big and gives you so much that I hesitate to not recommend it because of the price. I’m a bit on the fence. I will certainly say it is reasonable for the price.
