But be careful with measuring and sizing. *by R***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 February 2021* Had to edit this review as i'd initially given it just 2 stars due to the fact that even measuring myself 'loosely' several times I should have definitely been a size M according to their size chart... Indeed it turned out I was not.The item was far too small and I had real trouble when putting it on, basically it would probably have done more harm than good if i'd continued with it. A leaflet came with it promising to "Solve all problems immediately, no questions asked".... This turned out to mean being told by them to speak to Amazon πŸ™„. I could have done this without waiting for your email so thanks for that.However... A couple of days later I was then contacted again by someone else from customer services who couldn't have been nicer and managed to sort my problem out there and then. This was much appreciated.So I now have the L size... Even though technically I should be the M size... and i have to say it fits a lot better, feels more comfortable and actually feels like it's supporting my back so I've raised it to 4 stars. Item is better made than the other, cheaper, posture correctors I've tried in the past so it turns out you get what you pay for.Comes with a metal plate (to be used when sitting, reading etc) and a more flexible plastic plate (to be used when walking, running etc), I'll point out that it's only supposed to be worn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time plus it's not suitable or recommended to be worn while sleeping.So all in all a good product, and certainly more cost effective than buying several of the cheaper ones like I did.I would still however be wary of the sizing chart, if you're at the higher end of a size even when loosely measured like I did, I would certainly go for the larger size but that's just my experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not really for male physique, too small. *by P***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 December 2021* As a 5'11 guy of medium build (not fat, not skinny) ~85 kg, these simply don't fit well. I initially ordered a L as my lower chest measurement fitted the size guide L. Wanting to check it out and if any good was going to get one for my other half. It was okay, initially. It does correct your posture but the brace is really meant for a smaller frame. It digs in around the edges of your pectorals.I subsequently ordered the XL and it was worse! If anything it's tighter; possibly due to manufacturing tolerances and would surmise that it is supposed to be the same size with simply a longer lower belt.
