I've had this for a while now. I still haven't used all the attachments, but it works great. It has plenty of power to blend - and I've used it quite a bit to make sauces or components to dishes. It doesn't show any signs of slowing down. The different attachments give it high versatility, even if I only really use it for one purpose at the moment.

I ordered a different immersion blender first, and ended up returning it. This was my 2nd attempt, and it's the one! I use this when i travel to make protein shakes in my hotel room. What a game changer! it's quiet, had multiple speeds, easy to clean, lightweight, and JUST RIGHT.

I finally got a great immersion blender! After trial and error with others, this is the keeper. I’ve also used the food processor and the blender accessories and it all works well. It is powerful and the pan shield for the blade is PERFECT! I have a set of Green+Life pans that I want to protect and that little shield attachment works like a charm. My new favorite kitchen gadget!

Been using this almost daily for smoothies while I decide what blender to choose. It isnt great at blending ice, but if you spend enough time it will get the job done. Does well with frozen fruit if not packed too much. You can let off the power button to apple less pressure or press it down for full speed. The container it comes with looks like it wears down pretty easily as it already has some scratches and marks after use, so don't expect too much longevity from that. Works well with soups and is very convenient to just blend straight from cooking dish. All in all, worth the purchase!

It does what I wanted it to do: puree stuff (cooked hot peppers mainly).It doesn’t splatter and it’s easy to clean, the two things I was worried about. Awesome device, not too costly, and obviously from a credible brand.

I have many great Kitchen Aid products and this does not disappoint. Sturdy workhorse.
