Good idea, less good in practice
I love only having one tool in the cabinet for both chicken and rib applications, but it is not really practical to use them at the same time as pictured, since all my recipes call for very different temperatures. Sturdy and easy to use on the grill though.

DECENT SIZE
Have not used this yet but was exactly what we thought it would be like. Can't wait to use it! This will easily fit one chicken and 2 racks of ribs split in half.
