Great
Decent price, seems to be a bit better quality than the stuff I have gotten from the shops. I stir it into pasta sauce and other things so it thickens and sticks to the pasta, you can do this instead of having to pour the pasta water into the sauce. Careful not to use too much as it can affect the taste negatively, a tablespoon should normally be about enough.

Very good!
Corn flour, corn starch...it can be so complicated to know what you're getting nowadays as these names mean different things in different countries. To clarify, this is the starch of the corn (also called Maizena), the one you would use to thicken sauces or cream. This will not work to make corn tortillas or polenta! This had a really good price and I've got no complaints regarding the actual product. Also, given that it's a huge 2kg bag that will take a long time to be used, it's great that it's resealable.

Very fine cornflour.
This is well sieved & packed in an ‘easy reseal’ bag. Very versatile flour used to thicken sweet & savoury sauce if too runny, adding 1desert spoonfull to flour in cake making= a lighter sponge. To use:-carefully mix several tsp of cornflour in a cup/mug with cold water til smooth, between thin & thick cream before adding. Always stir in sauce until boils,on a med. to low heat as can spit if too thick before adding more.A little at a time.If added & not stirred you will get a thick fat sausage & still in runny liquid.I usually remove the pan from the heat to thicken, & keep stirring as you put pan back on heat until contents boils gently over the surface while stirring.I use a wooden or silicone spatula or pan can scratch.Remove from heat when thickened as needed & gently boiled.Corn flour mix keeps well in a fridge (without a spoon.)Very happy customer.
