First I have to give this product a review hard to believe that no one has given this product one. Azulene is a wonderful product to calm the skin. I found this out many years ago when I was working for a corporation as an esthetician that ordered thier skin care products from Spain. They had an Azulene line for sensitive skin. Unfortunately they have retired and close their business and I was on the search for a skin care product that would suit my needs. It has been many years and many products later and my skin has just gotten worse over the years. Now it is peeling, red, stinging and burning, more sensitive than ever before. I have been diagnosed with Rosacea and the dermatologist has nothing but some prescription meds that do not help to offer me. I was at my wits end. I stopped and thought about when all this started and it finally dawned on me it was after I ran out of my Azulene skin care line and started trying all these other products. My skin hurts so bad stinging and red that I was like I don't care what I have to do I am going to find my Azulene again. I found this mask and I ordered it. My sweet relief was on its way!I was waiting patiently for it to arrive and Florencia® - Amazon Marketplace that I ordered the product from emailed me wanting to know if I had received my order. I was surprised because they are the first company ever to contact me about an order. I always have to contact the seller to let them know I have not received my order. They were wonderful! They have given me 5 star treatment and sent me several samples to try. They made sure I received my product and I will be happy to order from them in the future. They are wonderful and go above and beyond in their service and have wonderful products and information to share. My skin has already calmed down 50% in one treatment. I can't wait to do another mask because I know with further use my skin will be back to normal soon. Love this product and love this seller! Worth every penny!

Does sooth the skin but can be drying if left on too long. No more than fifteen minutes.

It's OK. This product feels very good when you put it on. It is very cooling, which I liked. However, I don't think it soothed any of the redness on my face and I didn't notice any visible differences from using this mask. I found it slightly slimy and difficult to wash off without rubbing and making my skin more red.

Love this stuff it's supposed to be a mask n rinse off but I just use it as a gel cream it works great very soothing to the skin.

This stuff is amazing this is the go to for calming skin down after many procedures I truly love this stuff I have used it after waxing to come to skin down I have used it after major facial procedures truly calms the skin instantly

Great product soothing for face and helps with dry patches. I put on and wait 15 to 30 min then rinse I have been using 1 month 2xweek. I follow with a moisturizer. I am always trying something new and this product was a good purchase for combination skin dry/normal. I use retina a and this mask works next morning to calm a couple of dry patches I have. Would buy again. Feels cool and refreshing.

Whenever I put this on my eyes start watering and stinging. The same feeling as when you're cutting onions :( I try to stay far from the eye area, but even when this mask sits on my cheek, my eyes start stringing. I really wanted to like this product.
