Those difficult choices are not about the mat itself which although light and fairly thin also seems to do it's job very well. Is it durable or easy to clean, too early to tell but I would imagine yes.

we bought this for our dog, we have laminate flooring, we found as our boy gets older when he tries to get up quickly his paws slide about, so we previously bought the long hall runner lengths but there was one spot he kept sliping on,This fits the bill perfectly to where he likes to lay down, , very little slipping. perfect for the reason we bought it

It is a good mat for muddy feet , but when I put it in the washing machine, all the rubber edges ripped off . It’s supposed to be washable!!
