Butkus walked around his house for 17 years with pillows on his feet trying to take the shock of walking and the pain out of his knees. He has spent this time looking and experimenting with footwear to get relief. The idea came from this pain. We created a Titanium Spring Shoe Insole that fits in any shoe and turns the shoe into a spring suspension shoe much like a car suspension for the feet. In comparison with the market most insoles are two forms - foam and gel. The foam breaks down quickly and the gel is hard and does not give. The springs absorb the shock of walking and also recoil energy back into the step.
