It is very functional, but seemd to move around quite a bit.

Goose neck flexibility is not designed to handle cold temperatures.
Goose neck ball snapped off, after item sat in my car. Cold weather, freezing temps,goose neck not built for those temperature. Was not flexible anymore, causing ball to snap off.
