Stylish and Functional Tote Bag with a small durability concern
The Beige Bag is a stylish and practical choice, loved its attractive pattern, spacious interior, lightweight design, ease of cleaning that made it great for everyday use. However, there was a small disappointment in the handles' lack of durability post six months as the stitches began to open up but was fixable. Hoping the handle's durability can be strengthen further in the future one's manufactured.

Really a good bag for going to office.
This bag is really a big size bag. It can hold a full 1 liter water bottle, a 16 inch laptop. Makeup kit and and purse and all kinds of women stuff. A flat lunchbox can fit but round shaped boxes should be placed vertically. Zipper is really good.

Zip quality issue
Really nice product, quality is on higher side. Only one thing I feel, zouk needs to use flexible zip in bags, it's not that great.

Looks good but Leather got out of shape in 3 months
The bag looked good and smart. Fabric quality is good.But the leather on top got of shape and bent in 3 months time and looks disfigured now. The company says it is out of replacement warranty.
