This product works as advertised. I bought a brand new pair of boxing gloves and ordered this right away. The smell is amazing and super strong. The first few days my entire house smelled nice! Definitely worth it!

I bought this since I started boxing to get all that sweat and stank out of my gloves and it works well. A little too well. Like really really really well. Let me explain. The scent on this is strong. Really really REALLY strong. If you like to get assaulted with a very strong smell of lavender that leaves its smell in its wake, then by all means buy it. These two bags will leave its smell on anything you lay it on FOOOORRRRREEEEEVEEEEEERRRRR. Hopefully you read that like Squints from The Sandlot. Practically everything I've laid this on now reeks of lavender. The couch, the washing machine, my gym bag, EVERYTHING. It's gotten to the point where I can't walk anywhere in my home without smelling the overpowering fragrance of lavender. The kids I the neighborhood laugh at me. Dog run away when I approach. My wife won't look at me, and everywhere I go strangers give me the stink eye. Will this get rid of sweat and make boxing gloves and shoes smell like lavender? Yes, but at a great cost.Get this if you're prepared to pay the price. Both monetary as well as mentally.

Got two of this about a year ago and it still has a great strong smell and still killing odor! My son and I box almost 5 days a week.

I got the cedar scented glove deodorizers. The scent was extremely strong the first 2 weeks but slowly dissipated and is now pleasantly mild. I have sweaty hands so I really needed these. They absorb the moisture from inside the gloves and keep them smelling like a cedar closet. I use the strap as a carrying handle after I insert the scented part into the gloves, or I can hang the gloves on my gym bag using that strap. The scent lingers inside the gloves and spreads to my hand wraps after I wear the gloves for more than a half hour. That probably helps to keep the hand wraps fresh smelling, too. I'll get the other scents for my other gloves for variety.
