Will not fall out
They get the job done. I've tried multiple ear molds and this is by far my favorite. It has a very rubbery, sticky coating that prevents the mold from slipping out. Highly recommend.FYI - I'm embarrassed to say this but figure I'd throw it out there in case anyone else who is trying ear pieces for the first time, but the long tube part of the mold gets inserted into the ear canal. Exactly what I was hoping for. Comfortable to wear for 6 hours, clear radio voices, and also lets other sounds in so I can hear my partner talk when I'm the passenger.

Very comfortable and easy to use. I can wear my ear piece for 16 hours with no discomfort.

Standard Consumable Duty Supplies.
The ear mold is standard. Beginning to wear after about 3 months of duty use but still together and working fine. Definitely good to keep several on hand as I consider these consumable supplies that will wear out after several months.

I work Security and the earbuds we were issued are just garbage. I've already had one of these earpieces and absolutely loved it. They last a long time, do not obstruct my ear from ambient noise, and fits perfectly. I barely even know it's there! Great product that I constantly recommend!
