When can I buy additional 2.5m side panel - just purchased a pop up gazebo but it only comes with one 2.5m?

Can it be used during the winter months at all? (Wind not a problem but does cold or frost affect the fabric?)

rain is the problem. when it rains the water doesn't run off and it pools. mine collapsed in heavy rain (poles bent/snapped).....it went to the tip!
