Add a challenge to your small game hunt!
The title isn’t even a joke, this thing is awesome. Definitely not a toy for children but if you like adding a little danger to a night filled with debauchery, set up a little 30’ target and go to town! I was given one, and bought another for my father. Oh and make sure to buy plenty of extra bolts, you’ll lose most of them.

Great all around
Honestly the crossbow is excellent. The aim is almost perfect, the cocking mechanism for reloading is smooth and reliable. Also this thing has some serious power, could seriously injure an intruder. Dont care what anyone says. I have only 2 downsides. 1 is that the reloading handle has a little give, and it swivels slightly side to side, but this doesnt affect the performance whatsover. 2 is that the backup string that comes with it is straight trash. Trust me when i say you need to buy extras. Those are my only reasons for a 4 star and not a 5. But for the price you need to own one of these things. You wont regret it.

Limb broke, was replaced.
Had a massive bummer initially, as the limb snapped like a twig while trying to string it. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with customer support who replaced it for me no problem, and i now have a fully functional pistol crossbow~ Much love to the support people!

Pretty decent for being cheap
When I say cheap, I mean both in terms of cost and quality. So it basically evens out. It’s not something a serious enthusiast would find useful (except as a curiosity or novelty piece in a bigger collection), but for anyone looking for a low bar to entry, it’s not a bad choice. Most of the moving parts have a lot of play in them and aren’t too solid, but if you want something with higher manufacturing tolerances, you’ll have to pay for it. The bolts, which I consider basically a bonus anyway (and you get a lot of them), are very cheap; the first one fired broke and four total broke in the first few dozen fired. I know I’m talking a lot about how cheap this is, but that’s not to say it has no merits. At the end of the day, you’re getting a functioning crossbow that shoots well and is easy to use for less than $100 even if you get it with extra accessories. Speaking of which, I didn’t buy the version with the red-dot sight, but mine came with it anyway, but that’s probably not a typical case. And despite what I’ve heard from others, I was able to get the string on by myself fairly easily, though it wasn’t effortless by any means; it takes technique and more than a little muscle (but technique does most of the work). I’ve only had one occasion to shoot it so far, but it was a pretty fun time. While it is cheap, I don’t imagine it’s going to fall apart on me anytime soon other than normal wear and tear.

Powerful
This is a pretty powerful crossbow. Not sure about how well it will hold up long term, and stringing it is extremely difficult unless you have a stringing device to help pull up the string, and even then it takes a little work.

Cheap fiberglass limb- breaks instantly
Limb is cheap fiberglass. Broke during the spanning process. The sting provided is not the correct size. Save your money and buy a different product.

Don't bother paying extra for a gift bag!
These are decent little crossbows, not great, not terrible. Definitely don't bother paying extra for the gift bag, though, because they put it in a bag that only covers just over half of the box, and leave the other half sticking out. Total waste of the $6 or so that they charge for gift wrapping.
