Horrible Customer Service
I really enjoyed using this product until it stopped working after 8 months. I contacted RecovaPro and sent them my device for repair. After a month of silence they returned the very same device to me without any explanation. In addition, the device was scratched and dented all over, even though I had sent it for repair in visually perfect condition. After countless emails with a defensive support agent who tried to blame me and refused to take any responsibility for the damage, I was sent a free charger which solved the problem. However, I’m left with a product that’s in worse shape than when I contacted RecovaPro to make use of their warranty. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
