Average diet noodle dish. Decent lunch. Just add some soy sauce or garlic if u have it on hand to make it more flavourful

Cheap but not so cheerful
Rather poor quality with tough strips of formed chicken and a thin watery sauce. Morrisons regular frozen sweet & sour is ten times better and only 50p more.
