This is a great product. The center rollers allow you to move through knots and Tight spots with just enough pressure. We've used it for calves, quads and shoulders successfully so far.

it had a crack in one of the handles and the box was unharmed so i assume it is a factory defect. but i still use it without applying to much force

Feels good on sore excercised muscles. Note this is just one stick. From the picture, I thought these were different pieces.

Works for what it works for. Comes in handy for an old softball player like myself. Would recommend it to all within my voice.

Surprisingly as effect as my foam roller but this allows you to get in a little deeper and into harder to reach areas.

Product is not effective at loosening hamstrings/quads. Would not recommend
