These are absolutely brilliant for minced meat kebabs. They keep their shape, stay on the skewer (if used) and don't stick at all. In addition, you can turn them so that all four sides get an even grilling.

Bought as a gift for a kamado aficionado. He was pleased with them, though I noticed that the wooden handles started to burn quite easily, leaving them slightly charred after the first use, and I also didn't think they were that easy to clean (the job I got). However, I agree they were useful and easy to handle, and I think they'll be used a few more times, so not a waste; good value and a nice gift.

Great product. Like the fact that nothing falls apart and you get even cooking by rotating all four sides.

I found similar products to this that were larger than I need and more complex than I would like for twice the price. I even saw an item that looked almost identical to this one and it was far more expensive. When my parcel arrived I was so excited to find that the product matched the image in the listing completely! It's in perfect condition and I'm giving it to my best friend for Christmas so he can take it camping with him or use it on his outdoor grill at home. He's going to love it!

Useful tool, keeps the Kebab in shape and from breaking up during BBQ’ing, with a degree of difficulty the wooden handles can be taken off to use in an oven, my only concern is the black coating, I think after an amount of use the black coating will start to chip away, unless the metal is stainless steel one may end up with some rust, over all I like the product
