Protects my knees
I have had two knee replacements and I work out every day. I have always used some form of an ace bandage around my knees, so they won’t hurt when I work out. So far these are the most amazing I have ever used. They give me good support and make my knees feel, good throughout my workout I would buy these again

wife bought these to play pickleball in after her knees ached a few times, she has skinny legs and these fit well

Waste of money
Do not buy these things are a piece of crap. I have to wear knee compression sleeves every day. Thought I’d try these waste of money. I’ll stick with my $55 knee sleeve incrediwear. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
