Toe loops help with hammertoe
Having used this product for a couple of weeks, I can say that it has provided relief from the discomfort caused by my hammertoe. I have a bunion on my left foot and a Martins neuroma at the base of my third toe that has caused the second toe to overlap the big toe and develop a hammertoe. Special orthotics have helped control discomfort from the neuroma since February, but the hammertoe became painful from the overlap and from rubbing against the top of my shoe's toe box.I now use the toe loops to bind the second toe to the third. This prevents the toe overlap, lowers the second toe into a more normal position, and cushions the top of the toe against the shoe. Relief!! The toe loops are easily washed with warm water and soap, and can be used several times. I use the narrow loops for this condition. So far, I have encountered none of the difficulties with the Velcro closure mentioned by other reviewers. I recommend this product very highly.I do not expect the toe loops to correct my condition. That can be done only by surgery, I suspect. Nevertheless, I might be able to postpone surgery for a while. If I experience any difficulty with long-term use, I'll post an update.TIPS FOR USE: Be sure to wrap the toes together tightly so that the Velcro closure stretches to the top over both toes. There is a small rough connector between that attaches the Velcro to the toe loop material; if this rough area gets between your toes, the resulting abrasion will cause discomfort. Also experiment a little to see just where the loop needs to be on your affected toe to be most comfortable.

Flimsy and cheap !
I returned these . They were flimsy , cheap and were ineffective for my hammertoe . They just squished my 2 toes together uncomfortably and didn't have enough strength in the fabric to straighten my toe . Also , the packaging was laughable for the price . It looks as if someone bought a jumbo bag of them somewhere cheaply and put them into ziplock baggies ! I know it's not a complicated product , but a couple of instructions or recommendations would have been helpful .

Excellent for broken toes!
I broke my left middle toe on 7/5. I was using waterproof medical tape and going through a LOT of it ($6 per roll). Every time I got my toe wet I had to reward my toe with fresh tape. I searched online and lucked out with these toe loops. Right away they were great! I used them to buddy tape and they are much more comfortable than the tape. I take it off to shower then put right back on. There were three in the pack. They are extremely comfortable and well made. I have been alternating between the three for over a month now and they still look new. You can rinse them and sit them on a windowsill to dry and they are perfect. We vacationed in NYC for a week recently and must have walked 6-10 miles a day. I wore sandals so you would think these things would have gotten worn and dirty but they still look like the day I bought them. Even though I broken my toe 7 weeks ago, I am still using these to 'buddy tape' and will do so for another few weeks. I see these guys lasting. I hope to never break another toe but will just use see again if that happens.

Saw no difference on hammer toes
Foot surgery left me with tight tendons on the top of my foot that pull two toes upwards, but these loops only temporarily press down the toes, and they really don't do anything for tendon lengthening or fixing hammertoes. They hurt after a couple of hours, too. I've grudgingly gone back to doing twice-daily YouTube "foot exercises for barefoot running" with Therabands (you can buy Therabands on Amazon). These exercises actually have lengthened my foot tendons and improved the hammertoes quite a bit, even though I don't run barefoot and don't intend to. You can skip the toe loops and go directly to Correct Toes (also sold on Amazon) if you want something to hold your hammer toes in a correct position inside your shoes.

3 Point Products Toe Loops
3 Point Products Toe LoopsAbout the ProductFabrifoamLoop-and-wrap design holds two or more toes together to stabilize, straighten and realign them.Cushioning relieves rubbing and irritation on the top of your toes caused by hammertoes.Layer of thin, dense, non-slip foam distributes pressure without adding bulk.FabriFoam (latex-free).Care: Hand wash. Air dry.I had been wrapping my toes, one on each foot, with gauze and tape. When I saw these Toe loops, I felt they would work better and I was not disappointed! I have been wearing them for two weeks straight now and they have held up beautifully. I am not wasting tape and guaze every time I take a shower. I have not washed them yet but even if they do not last after washing, I still have saved money in the long run! These loops protect my toes and support them so that they do not bend while healing. Excellent product!

Too big but good for at home use
These seem to work okay for the most part. The only issue for me is that they're big (for reference- I'm a 7.5 in shoes). I can wear them at home or maybe with sneakers but definitely couldn't wear them with heels which, is when I would most need to be able to wear them (product description states they can be worn with shoes). I also don't think you could wear them if it was a hot day...it seems like having your toes wrapped so closely together is an invitation for bacteria to build up in between the toes. If they had smaller options...that would be really helpful. If you just want them for at home or occasional use- they're a great product. Just not sure about long-term use.

Company and products fall short
The description of the Toe Loops does not state that it will always slide to the bottom of the toe. If you have a problem with the front of the toe, this product will not work. The company will not accept returns, no matter the reason. If you try the product as I did, they determine it a used product and will not accept returns. I immediately found the Toe Loops would not work and contacted The Therapy Connection. I asked them, "How can you know if it works unless you try it?" Take this warning....If you do not know that it will work, then do not purchase. The will not stand behind what they sell.
