This is the 2nd watch I have purchased. They added am/pm, a 15 min timer and the option to ring and vibrate at the same time. My son is 9 and was suffering bladder spasms, meaning daily accidents. we use a 90 min timer every day- suggested by urologist. This product has been a Godsend.

Its touch screen simple steps an look just like picture soo far its great do not buy this product when u have to return it I have to do soo much Soo me personally its not worth it they can keep the money but i wanna save anyone else doing this trying time an every penny count oh you dont send it back to Amazon no u have to ship it print all that Sooo if you don't believe me try it an u to will have wasted money on some that stop working in two days

I love this!! My son struggles with “Superman bladder” and this was recommended by his urologist. She said to set it to vibrate every 2 hours. It took me a minute to figure out how to set it up, but I got it set. Set the time, set setting 1 for vibration, set it to alert every 2 hours. Touch soft button once and it shows how long till next alarm, tap again it shows time. The way it shows the next alarm scheduled is confusing! It works great though and is very helpful!

So far, this watch hasn’t really worked for us. My two-year-old was excited at first to put it on and “be like daddy”. But he quickly said it was itchy and didn’t want to wear it anymore. He kind of paid attention to the alarm and was willing to go to the bathroom when it went off, but I would say the alarm has been more so for my own sake so that I remember to go get him and take him to the bathroom. We’ll keep trying to use it- and hopefully we’ll have more success!Getting the watch set up was a little tricky, but I got it after reading the instructions several times.Also, my two-year-old was able to completely detach the face of the watch from the band. I didn’t even know that could happen. I was able to easily put it back, but I could see how it would be easy for the face to get lost.Overall, I’m not too impressed, but will keep trying and see if time makes a difference for my son.

(Updated) The watch face fell out and my son only wore it for one day. He loved the watch though. The description said to reach out if anything happens, so I did and they responded almost immediately. They're sending me a replacement watch and I updated my review to 3 stars for their customer service. Hoping the next watch holds up. My son didn't do anything crazy. He was just running around the park when it popped out.

This watch was so helpful when potty training our son. A timer can be set for various lengths of time, and it automatically resumes the countdown after each alarm. It allowed us to stop thinking about how long it had been since our son went to the bathroom. The watch did the work for us. Highly recommend.

Works well, easy to program. My six year old can turn the alarm on and off.
