Huy Fong Sauce Chili Garlic,18 oz

This 8 oz jar packs a perfect punch of heat and garlicky goodness. I add it to stir-fries, noodles, and even as a dipping sauce for dumplings—elevates everything! The texture is thick and flavorful, not too watery like some brands. Great value and lasts a while, even with daily use. Absolutely love it!

I normally get the regular one but I enjoyed this version as well. The garlic flavor is present but not prominent. Very nice heat. This brand is authentic. Thick and flavorful like the ones you find at a legit Asian restaurant. I like that it had a protective seal under the cap. It was strong. I couldn't peel it off! I had to poke a hole with a fork and peel it back. The expiration date (although hard to see) was also a long time away, so that was good too.

The flavor was on point. Not salty, not sweet, just the right combination. The heat level was not spicy, I love more spice though. Pretty big bottle, will last awhile. I put it on my wings, catfish, greens, noodles, and my cabbage.

Not too hot, not too spicy! I could use this on just about everything I eat. It gives a good tingle to spaghetti sauce and fried eggs. The garlic flavor is very mild, and not over powering.

This is a product that I have used before. It is excellent on chicken and grilled beef. It is is hot, but it has a wonderful tang and other savory nuances that make it more like a sauce. Another recommendation: this product is sold in San Francisco's Chinatown along with Asian sauces. Not just in one store, three of the big markets in Stockton. Excellent.

The flavor is really good. Not too garlicky. But the heat level is too much for me. It's hard to review heat level because it's so subjective. I like things spicy hot. I like things that have a good kick to them, just this side of burning my mouth.This chili sauce burns my mouth. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce is more my speed - although it's pretty salty. Huy Fong is not salty, but too spicy for me. Judge accordingly!

The best-flavored garlic chili sauce on the market, as far as I'm concerned! This was a great value for the cost to get 2 8oz jars. The expirations dates are in mid-2026, so it will last a very long time (we'll use it all well before it goes bad!). The chili sauce has a brilliant red color when you first receive it. This naturally darkens a little over time as it is exposed to oxygen. The seals were intact on the product and it arrived in great condition. The size of these jars makes them very easy to use - you can get a tablespoon in the top, but they're still easy to handle and pour from. This is a staple in a lot of dishes that we love to cook and the flavors help take me back to our time in SE Asia. Will definitely buy this again from this seller on Amazon if still available!

I used to get this in my local grocery store in CA. But now that I live somewhere else, I can't find it anywhere. I love this in most Asian dishes or sauces I make.
