Great Toy for Learning But Requires a Lot of Effort
If you know someone who is interested in learning microelectronics etc. this PiCar would be a great gift for them.It comes with everything you need to get started and has some fun parts including WS2812 RGB LEDs, a camera, an arm and various sensors etc. which I believe make it worth the value.Personally, I have some experience with most of these components already so was able to build it ok with the provided instructions however if you are trying to learn and have very little experience, I would say that the instructions were severely lacking and would actually make it quite difficult to assemble.Overall, if you have a lot of patience and want to learn or already have some experience, I would definitely recommend this.

it is very difficult to assembly and install
Assembly:it is really difficult to assemble it because you have only CAD draws on their web-pageSome of the parts on the acrylic panel which the parts doesn't have names or part numbers. There is one picture showing all the wire connections of the car which is not clear.they have screws and one L shape tool but I use my own set many times while assembling.Software :They are using a legacy version of the Raspberry PI which has lots of problems.Software documentation is slightly better than hardware installation.
