Technology and Service are Outstanding!My Power Pole Blade (8 ft) on the used boat purchased in 2020 was having intermittent issues retracting from the bay bottom. I installed the C-Monster app on my iphone after reading about it and connected to the control unit via bluetooth and ran the diagnostic test. An email was sent to JL Marine Services following the prompt from the app. I called 15 minutes later about another question. The representative had a technician analyze the results while I was on the phone and told me there was an issue which required me to send them the pump and gave me return instructions. Within 3 hours of the package arriving at their facility this morning, JL Marine called telling me the lower unit was replaced and updated valves were installed. I only had to pay shipping of less than $20. The repaired unit along with a free quart of the hydraulic fluid ($17 value) will arrive within 2-3 business days. A new unit costs approximately $700.This is level of customer service and technology is amazing, and I am not even the original purchaser of the product.The product has been great. I highly recommend it based on experience on the water and especially on this recent experience.
